Relax - Restore - Reflect: Free Meditation Class

Relax - Restore - Reflect: Free Meditation Class

Meditation helps support healthy habit changes, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and much more. Allied Services Hospice and Palliative Care invites you to discover the benefits of meditation through this 4-week guided meditation series.

In each 45-minute session, students will learn many breathing techniques and other helpful tools that they can use throughout their life. When you allow yourself to be truly present in your body, your heart will soften and open, and you can begin to use that feeling as your guide. This is how you will begin to heal.
