Transitional Care at Heinz Rehab in Wilkes-Barre is the region's top-rated short term rehab facility as rated by US News & World Report. We're seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for the Full-Time, Nights position.

The Certified Nurse Aide assists nurses in carrying out routine assignments, transporting and preparing residents and equipment and keeping equipment and areas in an orderly hygienic condition.

The Certified Nurse Aide must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.

EDUCATION:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation Program.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Six months experience as a Nurse Aide in a geriatric setting preferred.
