Portrait of Jim BrognaJim Brogna: Allied Services Integrated Health System President & CEO Attorney Bill Conaboy announced Jim Brogna as Vice President for Strategic Partnership Development. Brogna has served as Vice President for Corporate Advancement and Communication since 2015. The new role was created in response to the need for advanced leadership in the rapidly changing healthcare market. Brogna will work with senior management to strengthen medical and business partnerships that support the non-profit health system’s mission.

During his more than 20 year career at Allied Services, Brogna has earned responsibilities in marketing, fundraising, physician relations and management of the dePaul School for Children with Dyslexia. In addition to his responsibilities at Allied Services, he is involved in many community initiatives, serving on the Board of Leadership Wilkes-Barre, Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, Catholic Social Services, and UNICO National Scranton Chapter, and raising funds and awareness for various other community programs. Brogna serves as Guest lecturer for Graduate and undergraduates at Bloomsburg University, Misericordia University, Marywood University, Wilkes University and University of Scranton in topics ranging from non-profit and healthcare leadership, business and marketing. Brogna received his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University. He earned a Masters degree in Organizational Management from Misericordia University and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Scranton.

Allied Services Integrated Health System recently celebrated 61 years of serving the health care and human service needs of children and adults with disabilities, chronic illness and life-changing injuries in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Allied Services continuum of care includes physical rehabilitation; skilled nursing; hospice and palliative care; home care; personal care; mental health services; vocational and developmental services; specialist education and pediatric services. In recent years, the organization has added mental health and rehabilitation facilities in Columbia County, Schuylkill County, and Bradford County. In fall of 2019, Allied Services will begin providing care to residents and patients at the newly acquired Little Flower Manor, St. Therese Residence and St. Luke’s Villa in Wilkes-Barre. ​
