Disability Employment & College Fair

Hosted by Allied Services, the Scranton School District and Neiu 19, the 7th Annual Disability Employment & College Fair is set to take place on Wednesday, October 16 at the Jack & Joan Newman Training Center, 6 Stauffer Industrial Park in Taylor. This event is designed for transitioning students with special needs and is open to students with disabilities, parents, transition counselors, guidance counselors and special education teachers.

This event will feature employers, agency, and higher education representatives who can assist students with disabilities as they transition out of high school. Also featured will be experts on transportation programs, Social Security benefits, vocational rehabilitation supports, and financial advisors related to persons with disability.
