Team Allied Services is ready to celebrate with one of our favorite events of the year - the 5k & All-Abilities Walk presented by Aon and Quantum Rehab.

Run, Walk or Cheer!

You don't have to be a speed demon to enjoy the 5k & All-Abilities Walk. Turn out to walk or run in the 5k, or simply cheer on our participants. This day is a celebration - we'd love you to join us. Here's what you need to know.

• 10:00 a.m. All-Abilities Walk

5K Run/Walk

The 5k is open to runners and walkers of all ages. It begins at 9:00 a.m. on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton. This is an out-and-back course that takes you along the paved Lackawanna Heritage Trail before ending back on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium. The course is stroller and wheelchair-friendly. Awards will be presented to 1st Overall Male and Female, Runners, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in age groups: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

All proceeds benefit children and adults with disabilities at Allied Services. Team Allied Services exercise shirts and raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event. The stadium and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

All-Abilities Walk

It's a celebration! Please join us in cheering on our patients and residents as they mark their recovery or rehab milestones. The All-Abilities Walk will start at approximately 10:00 a.m. following the 5k and awards ceremony.
