Team Allied Services is ready to celebrate with one of our favorite events of the year - the 5k & All-Abilities Walk presented by Aon and Quantum Rehab.
Run, Walk or Cheer!
You don't have to be a speed demon to enjoy the 5k & All-Abilities Walk. Turn out to walk or run in the 5k, or simply cheer on our participants. This day is a celebration - we'd love you to join us. Here's what you need to know.
5K Run/Walk
The 5k is open to runners and walkers of all ages. It begins at 9:00 a.m. on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton. This is an out-and-back course that takes you along the paved Lackawanna Heritage Trail before ending back on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium. The course is stroller and wheelchair-friendly.
- Awards will be presented to 1st Overall Male and Female, Runners, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in age groups: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
- Pre-registration is now closed.
- Race-day registration is $25 and starts at 8:00 a.m.
- All proceeds benefit children and adults with disabilities at Allied Services.
- Team Allied Services exercise shirts and raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
- The stadium and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

All-Abilities Walk
It's a celebration! Please join us in cheering on our patients and residents as they mark milestones in their recovery or rehab. The All-Abilities Walk will take place at approximately 10:00 a.m. following the 5k and awards ceremony. It is completely free, open to all ages and abilities, and no registration is required.
