Allied Services Named Official Silver Charity Partner of the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon

Allied Services has been named an Official Silver Charity Partner of the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, continuing a long-standing partnership with New York Road Runners and expanding the impact of Team Allied Services through one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.

The 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, taking place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, will mark the 50th anniversary of the historic five-borough course, first run in 1976. Each year, the event brings together more than 55,000 runners and over two million spectators, making it the largest marathon in the world and one of the most inclusive athletic events globally.

Allied Services is proud to once again be part of this program through Team Allied Services, which raises critical funds to support Allied Services’ mission of improving the lives of children and adults with disabilities, life-changing injuries, and chronic conditions.

Since its founding, Team Allied Services has raised more than $6.7 million to support care and programs across the organization’s full continuum of services. From children taking their first steps in therapy, to seniors recovering after illness, injury, or stroke, to providing dignity and comfort through hospice care for veterans and families at the end of life, these funds help strengthen services that impact thousands of lives each year.

Across rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, pediatric programs, hospice and home health services, behavioral health programs, and vocational services, Allied Services remains committed to helping individuals and families reach their fullest potential through person-centered care and compassionate support.

Since launching the Official Charity Partner Program in 2006, New York Road Runners has helped raise nearly $700 million for more than 1,000 nonprofit organizations worldwide by providing guaranteed marathon entries for athletes who fundraise on behalf of charities.

During the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon, more than 14,000 charity runners raised a record-breaking $80 million for over 600 nonprofit organizations - a 14 percent increase from the previous year - while the race set a world record for the largest marathon ever with 59,226 finishers.

The 2026 race will mark the 17th year Team Allied Services has participated in the TCS New York City Marathon and is expected to be the largest charity team in the program’s history, welcoming runners from Northeastern Pennsylvania and across the United States who dedicate their miles to supporting Allied’s mission.

“This will be our 17th year participating in the TCS New York City Marathon, and we are incredibly honored to once again be part of this global event,” said Jim Brogna, Senior Vice President of Allied Services. “Team Allied Services continues to grow each year, and we are grateful to have community members, volunteers, and supporters from Northeastern Pennsylvania and across the country willing to dedicate their time, energy, and miles to support our care and programs.”

The 2026 TCS New York City Marathon will once again take runners on a 26.2-mile journey through all five boroughs of New York City, bringing together elite athletes, charity runners, and everyday people in a celebration of perseverance, community, and purpose.

Through Team Allied Services, each mile run helps ensure individuals and families throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania have access to life-changing care and support when they need it most.
