We know that as a home health nurse, your average day will look very different than a traditional nurse working in a facility. Weekend Case Managers have a very special part to play in our patients’ well-being and our team’s success, so we’ve re-imagined the role for a better work-life balance.

You’ll thrive and feel in control with a 3-day week with just 24 units of productivity. Earn full-time benefits and contributions for part-time hours! This rewarding salaried position pays $80,000 PLUS mileage reimbursement, productivity bonuses, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
