Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton is the area's largest skilled nursing center for short- and long-term patients and residents. We've recently completed renovations at our facility, and our census is growing quickly. NOW is a super time to join our friendly nursing team. Schedule a Virtual Meet & Greet
When you attend your Virtual Meet & Greet, you'll receive a $100 visa gift card as a thank you for your time.
For a limited time, we are giving you the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one, Virtual Meet & Greet. This informal, no-pressure video chat will allow you to get to know what it is like to work at our facility. When you complete the quick form, we'll contact you to schedule a video chat at a time that works best for you. You'll "meet" with a member of our Nursing Team and a member of our Human Resources department to discuss current opportunities, incentives, and your career path at Allied Services.

RNs & LPNs Benefits:
- Earn up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus now through March 31.
- Earn up to $5 per hour shift diff.
- Earn overtime up to DOUBLE TIME regular pay.
- Student loan repayment up to $20K for RNs licensed within the last 5 years.
- Student loan repayment up to $10K for LPNs licensed within the last 5 years.
CNA Benefits:
- Earn up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus now through March 31
- Earn $17 per hour PLUS credit for experience PLUS up to $2 shift differential.
- Earn $20 - $22 per hour for per-diem or call-in.
- Earn overtime up to DOUBLE TIME regular pay
