Tracey Kopetz, CDM, CFPP, serves as Assistant Vice President of Food and Hospitality Services for Allied Services. She joined Allied Services in 2006. Tracey earned an Associate's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Luzerne County Community College. She is a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food Protection Professional.
