Robert Fenner, LPN, PCHA, joined Allied Services in 2023 and serves as Administrator of Allied Services Terrace Personal Care Facility. Since joining the organization, he has played an important role in strengthening the community’s culture and daily operations.
With nearly a decade of healthcare experience, Robert is recognized for his hands-on leadership style, dedication to resident-centered care, and commitment to staff development. In 2025, he earned his Personal Care Home Administrator certification and currently serves as the organization’s Certified Medication Administration Trainer for Personal Care staff, supporting education and clinical excellence across the division.
Under his leadership, Allied Terrace continues to enhance its ability to support residents with increasing care needs while fostering a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Robert remains actively engaged in professional development and long-term care education opportunities, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence in senior care.
