About Cruz
Cruz Finnicum, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who began his career at Allied Services in 2015 as a physical therapist assistant at the Wilkes-Barre Rehab Hospital. His passion for rehabilitation inspired him to continue to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Currently, Finnicum is a PT on the neurologic team at Allied Services Wilkes-Barre Rehab Center.
He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adults with balance and vestibular disorders, traumatic brain injury, concussions, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s Disease. Finnicum’s treatment philosophy involves a holistic whole-body approach that is supported by modern, evidence-based care. Finnicum earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation & Human Services, and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Penn State University. Finnicum earned a Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Certification from the American Institute of Balance.
