We encourage families to become actively involved as members of the rehabilitation team to learn the best ways to promote independence and transition back to the community. Care management provides weekly updates to the family on the patient’s progress and goals.

What Happens After Treatment?

Upon discharge, about 70% of our inpatient brain injury program patients return to their homes. However, whether a patient is able to return home depends upon the type and severity of each patient’s diagnosis and other unique circumstances. At Allied Services, we will care for you from hospital to home. You can continue your recovery with the support of our Home Health and Outpatient Rehabilitation teams.
