Get moving for a great cause at the Mini-Marathon on Monday, September 7 at VIVE Health & Fitness in Kingston!
Choose one class or make a morning of it:
8 AM – Group Run/Walk
9 AM – Vinyasa Yoga
10 AM – Cycling (Indoor Spin)
11 AM – Yin Yoga

The cost is $20, and the event is open to both members and non-members. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can register through the MindBody app.
