On behalf of the staff, volunteers, and patients at Allied Services, thank
you for pledging your support. Over the next few months, we will all be
raising funds that will have a positive impact on children and adults
with disabilities at Allied Services. Your efforts will impact lives.

Before you begin, take some time to get acquainted with our organization
and with our fundraising resources. All of the resources below are recommended
reading that will make your life easier. We are here to make your experience
more fulfilling so if you have questions at any time, don't be shy!

PRINT MATERIALS FOR FUNDRAISING

DONATION REQUEST LETTER: this is a sample donation request letter. Remember to a.) personalize
this to your donor b.) suggest an amount to donate c.) include information
on where and how to give. We recommend attaching/including the pledge
card which includes this important information.

PLEDGE CARD:
- When to use a pledge card: when sending a donation request via mail or
when asking for a donation in-person.

How to use it: include this card/sheet with your request.
Add your name to the box "donation in honor of" or direct your
donor to add your name to this box. When the donor returns the donation and the completed pledge card to our
Foundation Office we will add the donation to your fundraising total on
Haku and appropriately thank your donor.

VISUALS/POSTERS: help your donors visualize how their gift will make a difference for the
people we help at Allied Services.
DONOR INCENTIVES
Donors who give $35 or more are eligible to receive an official Team Allied
Services shirt. When a donor completes their online credit card transaction,
they will be automatically directed to a thank you page (and will receive
a similar email) with the message below.
Thank you for supporting Allied Services. Your donation makes a difference
in the lives of children and adults with disabilities, life-changing injuries,
and chronic illnesses. For every $35 donation, you are eligible to receive
an official moisture-wicking team shirt. To claim your shirt click here
and complete the short form. For more information about your donation

Once the donor clicks on the link to order the shirt, they will be redirected
to our website. After they fill out a quick form, our office will mail
their shirt to them.
**Please note that these shirts will not be available until summer 2023.
We will collect shirt order information and fulfill these when we have stock.
** Donors who complete the shirt order information on the pledge card will
also receive their shirts once we have stock.

MATCHING GIFTS Thousands of companies match donations by employees to charitable organizations.
If your employer does as well, you may be able to double the impact of
your donation and any donations made in your honor by your colleagues.
