Richard Wolfe, CDM,CFPP

My name is Richard Wolfe, I prefer to be called Rick. I have been in Food Service for 31 years. I started off as a Dietary Aide at Leader West Nursing Home. I eventually worked my way up in the department learning all the different job duties and positions in the kitchen. I was given the opportunity to become the assistant manager or the kitchen and from there I acquired my CDM and took over as the manager of the kitchen. While there I worked for many different management companies. I was a regional safety coordinator for one of them. I was employed there for 23 years before accepting the Dietary Director position at St. Luke's Villa, where I have been employed in the same position for about 7 years now. In my leisure time I enjoy Movies, sports and music.
