Adam Casper is a member of the University of Scranton Class of 2017, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. He is also a member of the University of Scranton Class of 2018, where he received a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. He completed graduate level occupational therapy fieldwork rotations in inpatient rehabilitation, inpatient acute behavioral health, and inpatient acute care. He is a registered occupational therapist through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), and is a license occupational therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association since September of 2013.

During academic studies, Adam presented at the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association's annual conference in October of 2017, comparing the effects of mirror therapy and virtual reality therapy in stroke recovery. In March of 2019, joined the Allied Services Integrated Health System team, where he began working at Allied Services Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Since then, he has expanded his professional experience by working at John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine, working in their inpatient brain injury rehabilitation unit, as well as working in outpatient pediatric rehabilitation.
