In 2017, Kara Cook of Tunkhannock, passed away at the age of 11, after a courageous third battle with cancer. She was a beautiful, caring and kind young lady. She loved dancing, going fishing, going to the movies and sharing meals with her loving family.

Kara received great care over the years as she rehabbed at Allied Services Pediatric Program. Kara’s parents, Wally and Alicia, invite you to celebrate Kara’s life at the Run to Remember. Proceeds from the race will benefit WNEP’s Ryan’s Run and the pediatric program at Allied Services.

COURSE: 5k Run and Walk follows a mostly flat course around Lake Carey. Small hill at mile 2.5.
FEE: $20 registration fee. First 100 entrants receive t-shirt.
PRE-REGISTRATION: return this form or the online form bellow by March 26th. Checks payable to: Allied Services Foundation.
REGISTRATION: Race day registration at 8:00 a.m.

AWARDS: presented to 1st Overall Male and Female Runners, and 1st Overall Male and Female Walkers. Age group awards presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and over.
