Our nurses make more! We value our nurses and know how valuable their skills, time and energy is to our patients’ well-being. Our new rates are:

  • RN – First shift - $27 per hour plus credit for experience
  • RN – Second shift - $29 per hour plus credit for experience
  • RN – Third shift - $28 per hour plus credit for experience
  • LPN – First shift - $20 per hour plus credit for experience
  • LPN – Second shift - $22 per hour plus credit for experience
  • LPN – Third shift - $21 per hour plus credit for experience

Nurses at our Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton are in high demand. Special rates apply:

  • RN – First shift - $27 per hour plus credit for experience
  • RN – Second shift - $32 per hour plus credit for experience
  • RN – Third shift - $28 per hour plus credit for experience
  • LPN – First shift - $20 per hour plus credit for experience
  • LPN – Second shift - $25 per hour plus credit for experience
  • LPN – Third shift - $21 per hour plus credit for experience

Nurses at Allied Services also enjoy:

  • Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000
  • Student loan repayment program offering up to $20,000 RNs licensed within the last 3 years
  • Student loan repayment program offering up to $10,000 LPNs licensed within the last 3 years
  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $3,000 per year

  • Sick: 5 days per year. Pro-rated for part-time.
