Back Mountain’s Dr. Patrick Kilduff to run NYC Marathon for niece Eva

KINGSTON TWP. — Patrick Kilduff, a Commonwealth Health family practice doctor in the Shavertown office, will compete in Sunday’s New York City Marathon as a partner in WNEP’s Team Allied Services 8.

Team Allied Services is an official Silver Charity Partner of the New York City Marathon and is raising money to support Allied Services Integrated health System.

Kilduff’s inspiration is his 4-year-old niece, Eva, a beneficiary of the Allied Services program.

Eva was born with 2/3 of her liver outside of her body, a condition known as an omphalocele. She was born eight weeks early and had bilateral ventricular bleeds (strokes) in her brain which delayed her development.

To date, Kilduff has raised $13,179 – that’s 264 percent of his goal of $5,000. InterMountain Medical Group has raised $1,900 through donations and the sale of bracelets.
