Baker Tilly proud to support community through WNEP’s Team Allied Services

Allied Services Integrated Health System is proud to announce Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly) as a returning major sponsor of WNEP’s Team Allied Services 7, the annual campaign to raise funds for children and adults with disabilities at Allied Services. As a multi-year major sponsor, Baker Tilly has donated more than $80,000 to Allied Services. The funds, along with donations from individuals, schools, businesses and other major sponsors, enable the non-profit health system to invest in cutting-edge rehab technology, services and staff to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and life-changing injuries.

Baker Tilly is a nationally recognized, full-service accounting and advisory firm with approximately 2,700 employees across the United States. Locally, the firm has offices in Wilkes-Barre and Clarks Summit

“Service to the community is a hallmark of Baker Tilly’s culture and we pride ourselves on giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play. Baker Tilly admires the work that Allied Services does for individuals with disabilities and chronic illness in the region. We’re proud to be a part of this campaign and Allied’s work,” stated Mark Ross, National Firm Leader of Baker Tilly’s Healthcare Practice.

On November 6, WNEP TV’s Ryan Leckey and 50 other runners will complete the 2016 TCS New York City Marathon. The legendary footrace marks the culmination of the WNEP’s Team Allied Services campaign and months of fundraising and awareness-raising for Allied Services. Baker Tilly will be represented in the marathon by Laura Robson, a paraprofessional based in their Wellsboro, PA office.
