Louis has traveled to seven different sites-filling in when needed, which has allowed him to meet new people and gain new experiences. In fact, he was recognized with an award during a training seminar for his willingness to travel to other sites.

Louis says that he’s also became a better person outside the job by recognizing that people need help everywhere in life.  Therefore, he has started to volunteer on his days off. 

Louis has gained respect for being a team player and his willingness to help in all aspects of the job is what makes him a great tech.
