Allied Services Hospice now accepting patients

Allied Services Integrated Health System will begin accepting patients under Allied Services Hospice, a new line of service offered by the non-profit health care system. Allied Services Hospice is a Pennsylvania licensed, Medicare and Medicaid certified provider. Allied Services has more than thirty years of experience providing Home Health and In-Home Services. The addition of this latest service further complements the continuum of post acute care for which Allied Services has earned national acclaim.

Allied Services Hospice offers hospice care to patients and their families in their homes, or in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Hospice professionals will offer palliative home care and support services for patients who have life-limiting illnesses or health conditions. The team includes registered nurses, medical social workers, certified nurse aides, spiritual and bereavement counselors, and specially trained volunteers to deliver round-the-clock hospice care to patients, residents and their families.
