Jennifer Meckes, Psy.D of Allied Services Integrated Health System will join a panel of experts on WVIA’s “Call the Doctor” on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. The program is the first in a two-part series focusing on the assessment and treatment of mental health disorders and the support and resources available to individuals dealing with mental health challenges.
As Director of Psychology at Allied Services, Dr. Meckes specializes in the assessment of children, adolescents and young adults. Among other responsibilities, Dr. Meckes oversees the Learning, Attention and Memory Program at Allied Rehab in Scranton. The program assists people with learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injuries, neurological disorders and memory loss to reach their full potential and maximum quality of life.
A graduate of the University of Scranton, Dr. Meckes earned her doctor of psychology degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2004. She joined Allied Services in 2006.
