in your own home, office or school. The Rehabilitation Technology
Program helps overcome the frustration of every day tasks and
activities by modifying equipment and your environment to compensate
for a disability, enabling you to become more active, productive
and to be as independent as possible.
Programs and Services
The Rehabilitation Technology staff may make recommendations for specialized equipment, such as:
- Augmentative communication systems
- Power wheelchairs
- Computer accessibility systems
- Adaptations to equipment such as computerized talking systems, toys or games
