Allied Services’ 376-bed Skilled Nursing Center offers compassionate care to seniors with short and long-term physical and mental illnesses. Residents of the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center receive around-the-clock care and benefit from a full array of therapy, social services and nursing care.

The Dietary Services Department at the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center prides itself on providing nutritionally balanced meals that appeal to the diverse needs of our residents. Upon admission, every resident receives a nutritional assessment by the Dietician to establish dietary needs and meal preferences. To help ensure resident satisfaction, the Department has a Food Committee that residents may serve on to exchange menu item ideas and to help keep the menus new and fresh.

The goal of recreational therapy is to promote physical and mental wellness for residents and optimize each person’s quality of life. Upon admission, every person receives an individual recreational therapy to determine his or her lifestyle needs.
The nursing team is the foundation of the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center. Day after day, these dedicated professionals exhibit the care and compassion that has distinguished Allied Services for over 40 years.
Utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach, the most current technology and most proven therapies, the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center’s respiratory therapists, led by a board-certified pulmonologist, have one common goal: to wean residents from their ventilator.
The Social Services Department at the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center acts as a liaison for residents to ensure that they receive the financial, emotional and spiritual support they need. Social workers are assigned to each unit and are available residents’ friends and family members as well.
Short-term Rehabilitation Program
The Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center offers a comprehensive short-term rehabilitation program for individuals who are recovering from an injury or illness. Allied Services’ team of therapists and physicians work together with residents and their families to develop individualized, rehabilitation plans to optimize the resident ’s recovery. The short-term rehabilitation program provides physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy.
