Allied Services’ apartments
offer modern, attractive and secure low-cost
housing. 
We operate
the housing complexes in conjunction with
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban development.
Programs and Services
Allied Services’ nine apartment complexes are designed with the comfort of our residents in mind. All buildings are equipped with laundry facilities, modern security systems and community rooms. Our on-site social service coordinators assist with planning recreational and social activities and day trips. Public transportation is easily accessible from each site. All properties are expertly maintained and landscaped by Allied Services staff. We also provide ‘round-the-clock’ security and emergency maintenance coverage.

Eligibility
Eligibility requirements for residency in an Allied Services’ apartment complex have been established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. To qualify, applicants must be:
- 62 or older
- 18 or older with a disability
- Income-eligible based on HUD limits
