Allied Services’ Arthritis
Management Center provides comprehensive and state-of-the-art
rehabilitation for people with osteoarthritis, psoriatic
or rheumatoid arthritis. It is staffed by healthcare
professionals with years of clinical experience and training
in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis and related
rheumatic conditions.

Community Programs
Allied supports and refers patients to community programs such as T’ai Chi, Arthritis Foundation PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise), Arthritis Foundation Aquatics for Pediatrics and Adults and arthritis self-help courses.Public Awareness
We actively work to increase public awareness of arthritis and its effects through our membership in the Arthritis Foundation of northeastern Pennsylvania and activities such as “Arthritis in the Prime of Life” and “Celebrate Women/Celebrate Life”. We also provide an extensive speakers bureau and offer community presentations with a wide variety of topics including medical management of arthritis, nutrition and physical rehabilitation programs. The staff at John Heinz can conduct presentations at any of its facilities as well as senior centers, housing centers or personal care homes.
