Long-time supporter, Quantum Rehab, a global innovator in consumer-inspired power wheelchairs, recently presented Allied Services with $7,500 donation to benefit children and adults with disabilities at Allied Services. The check was presented to WNEP TV’s Ryan Leckey during the Ryan’s Run School Rules Challenge, of which Quantum Rehab is a sponsor. Presenting the check was Kiel Eigen.
Eigen is a spokesperson for Quantum Rehab. Reflecting on the Ryan’s Run campaign, Eigen noted “I would like to take the time to personally congratulated and thank Ryan, WNEP, and everyone who contributed to making the 6th Ryan’s Run another success. Your hard work over the past few months has paid off. Raising $389,812.00 to help children and adults with disabilities really hits home with me. You will never fully grasp how much people like us are truly grateful for people like you. If it were not for the family and medical equipment at Allied Services, I can’t imagine where I would be today. This will benefit thousands of individuals lives here in NEPA. Thank You!”
In addition to sponsoring the School Rules Challenge, Quantum showed its support for Ryan’s Run through a series of employee-led fundraising activities. Employees, friends and supporters helped Quantum’s representative in the marathon, Wendy Guzenski, to raise an additional $2,400 for the Ryan’s Run campaign.
