The Rose Brader Scholarship was established by the Auxiliary of Heinz Rehab Hospital in Wilkes-Barre to contribute to the health care needs of the community by encouraging and providing financial assistance to those students that wish to pursue an education in the field of rehabilitation medicine. The fund is named in honor of Rose Brader, a former director of Volunteer Services at the Heinz Rehabilitation Hospital. The Volunteer Auxiliary has been awarding the scholarships since 1990. Congratulations to the 2016 Scholarship winners pictured in the photo.
