Burnley Employment & Rehab Services has been empowering people with disabilities for more than 48 years. They provide vocational training, supervision and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities throughout Monroe County and the surrounding Counties. Burnley’s empowering mission seeks to help individuals with disabilities fulfill their full social, economic and vocational potential….and everyday, people with disabilities prove just how capable and ambitious they really are.

On Friday, April 26th, Burnley will host the 2013 April Showers Ball at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg. Guests will be treated to dinner, dancing, a silent auction and an awards ceremony to honor the achievements of individuals with disabilities. The event will also honor the dedication of Mrs. Nancy Robinson, past president of the Friends of Burnley, and the Kinsley Family of Kinsley’s Shoprite in Brodheadsville.

How you can help: you can support Burnley’s mission by attending the Ball, becoming a sponsor, placing an advertisement in the program booklet, donating an item to the silent auction or making a financial contribution.
