As a Work Services Supervisor, Andrea works directly with individuals with disabilities employed by Allied Services. She trains, guides and supervises a small group of employees as earn a wage assembling, packaging and labeling commercial products for local businesses. What Andrea enjoys most about the job is the relationships she builds with her employees.

“You spend all day with your employees, so you really get to build a rapport with them. I’ve known some of my employees for many years now and when I come to work, I get to spend time with them, share a joke. Yes, you’re there to guide them in their work, but it’s the friendships that make it so special.”

If you’re a people person, says Andrea, then you’ll love working here. To learn about a career in dietary services at Allied Services, visit www.careersatalliedservices.org
