The dietary staff at Allied Terrace Personal Care Facility recently gathered to recognize Pride in Foodservice Week. Chef David St. George changes the menu regularly, taking advantage of fresh, seasonal ingredients to offer residents a choice of flavorful meals that please even the most discerning palate.
