Allied Services’ Dr. Michael Wolk, will join a panel of experts on WVIA’s “Call the Doctor” on Wednesday, February 4th at 7:00 p.m. The program is the first in a two-part series focusing on the heart health, in particular, the risk factors and warning signs of heart issues, including stroke. In addition to the panel discussion, viewers will hear from individuals sharing their own struggles with heart health. Angie Webby Whrel and Lou Marino, both inspiring Allied Services success stories, will be featured.
Dr. Wolk is Medical Director of Allied Services Scranton Rehab Hospital (ASRH). He is also the Medical Director of the Spinal Cord Injury Unit at ASRH and Medical Director of the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit and Outpatient Services. A graduate of the University of Scranton and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Wolk is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a Sub-specialty in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine.
